So all your posts and pages will have the same structure and menu set up. Nothing to change with that.
One thing that you may need to do is reformat any images that you may have in each post. But if you follow a standard that has been suggested by your web developer, ie. always keep your images to 450 wide by 250 high and centered, then it will still look good, as formatting comes across to the new theme.
I would suggest to give your website something new every year, as in a new feature or layout improvement, and giving it a new face every 2 - 2.5 years will also keep your customers and web prospects interested in what you have on offer.
